In November 2023, Nurses from NHS Trusts in Coventry and Warwickshire hosted the first ‘NextGen Nursing Careers Expo’ at FarGo village in Coventry, and what an amazing day it was.
The event took the form of a marketplace where members of the public looking to begin or advance their Nursing career
could chat with and collect information from NHS Nurses and Coventry University Nursing course team.
We met so many people looking to explore the different routes in Nursing or learn more about the other trusts and areas they could be working in Coventry and Warwickshire. It was a wonderful way to come together to share inspiration to those looking to explore Nursing in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Representation included Coventry University, Nurses and talent for care staff from NHS Trusts across Coventry and
Warwickshire, Coventry College, and Warwickshire College group.
