Team UHCW shortlisted for three Nursing Times Workforce Awards

The Saving Turtles Shared Decision-Making Council have been shortlisted for the Best Social Responsibility Programme’ Award, the Anti Racism Shared Decision-Making Council have been shortlisted for Best Employer for Diversity and Inclusion for their Anti-Racism toolkit and the Nursing Recruitment Team have been shortlisted in the Best Recruitment Experience category.

Associate Director of Nursing for Workforce, Paula Seery, said on the shortlisting for Best Recruitment Experience,

“We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award recognising the significant impact this collaboration will have on nursing recruitment within the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care system, improving and streamlining processes whilst enhancing the recruitment experience for newly qualified nurses.”
