SWFT obtaining the interim quality mark for nursing preceptorship for their 'gold-standard' programme

In October 2022, the new National Preceptorship Framework came into effect allowing Trusts to apply for The Interim
Quality Mark.

As SWFT was recognised as an organisation offering a ‘Gold Standard’ Preceptorship Programme for newly registered
professionals, they now proudly hold this accreditation!

This demonstrates the Trust is achieving an agreed set of standards and framework for good practice throughout their
preceptorship programme.

At SWFT, numerous areas of excellent practice were identified by the awarding panel, and they have been congratulated on providing a robust Preceptorship Programme for new registrants - a crucial start to their Nursing career.
