SWFT NHS staff survey results

Ranked 4th in the country for being a recommended place to work and coming in the top five NHS trusts in the Midlands.

The staff have spoken and the results are in, SWFT has ranked as one of the top NHS Trusts to work for in the latest NHS national Staff Survey!

SWFT ranked 4th in the country for being a recommended place to work and features in the top five trusts in the Midlands for ALL survey themes. Themes include Working Flexibly, Team Morale, and Always Learning! SWFT have improved upon all of previous year’s results, and we are proud of all the Educators, Nurses and Healthcare workers who have played their part in creating a fabulous working environment.
