Our Work Experience Offers
Work experience opportunities across the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System (ICS) are designed to give young people insight into a wide range of health and care careers.
These placements are offered by NHS Trusts, a local authority and various care homes within the ICS, covering both clinical and non-clinical roles.
Young people can access short-term work experience including in person experience, taster sessions, and virtual learning options. We aim to inspire future professionals in health and social care and are committed to providing quality work experience opportunities for our local young people.
We strongly encourage you to undertake a virtual work experience before applying for face-to-face experience. There are multiple virtual opportunities, including general experiences which provide an overview of several professions or specific opportunities if you already have an idea of the profession you would like to experience.
Please take a screen shot or photo evidencing you have completed one of these virtual experiences as this will be asked for when you apply for in-person work experience.
