Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System are seeking the views of all stakeholders in the provision of rehabilitation services in Warwickshire North.

Are you a patient, carer, clinician, partner with an interest in rehabilitation services?

They are aiming to capture the expertise, views, opinions, and feedback of anyone with experience of current rehabilitation services or ideas and opinions on the need for future services or potential service re-designs. To enable this, three stakeholder events have been arranged.

• Old Shire Hall, Council House, Northgate Street, Warwick, CV34 4SP. Friday 07 November 2025, 11 am – 1 pm
• Community Lounge, Wembrook Community Centre, Donnithorne Ave, Nuneaton CV11 4QL. Tuesday 02 December, 10am – 12 pm.
• Raveloes conference room, George Elliott Learning and Education Centre, George Elliott Hospital, College St, Nuneaton CV10 7DJ. Tuesday 02 December, 2pm-4pm.
