The VCFSE Collaborative for Coventry & Warwickshire is committed to building strong, meaningful partnerships with the local alliances, collaboratives and networks that shape the health and wellbeing of our communities.

We recognise that the challenges faced by local people whether that be health, social or economic can only be addressed through genuine collaboration. That's why we work side by side with system partners across health, care, local authorities and community organisations to create joined-up person centred solutions.

Our approach is built on:

• Shared Purpose - alignign work with local priorities to improve outcomes for residents
• Collective strength - bringing the insight, reach and lived experience of teh VCFSE sector into decision making
• Partnership in Action - Co-designing services and supporting preventative approaches ensuring communities have a strong voice in shaping what matters locally
• Connected working - linking local alliances and collaboratives to make sure support is accessible, coordinateed and responsive.
