Physical activities
Physical activities are more about getting fit and looking good. It can help improve quality of sleep, reduce risk of disease, and reduce psychological distress such as depression and anxiety. It can also introduce you to individuals who also enjoy the same activities as you and possibly help to kick off some new friendships.
