Getting support with your mental health and wellbeing

Mental health and wellbeing is just as important as physical health. If you are struggling to cope or feeling low, don’t wait for things to get too much.

There are a range of mental health and wellbeing services available across Coventry and Warwickshire. These services can provide you with the support you need when you’re struggling with your mental health.

Both Warwickshire County Council and Coventry City Council have information on their websites outlining the support available in those areas.

There is also information on these websites outlining support available for children and young people in Coventry and Warwickshire.

You can read more about the support available on our Mental Health Support in Coventry and Warwickshire page.
