Coventry and Warwickshire WorkWell Programme

Coventry and Warwickshire WorkWell is a collaborative partnership between the NHS, Warwickshire County Council and Coventry City Council, working together to help people with mental health or health-related barriers find, return to, or stay in work. We understand that good work can have a positive impact on health and wellbeing, and our aim is to provide personalised, practical support that helps people achieve their employment goals.

Whether you're struggling to remain in your current job, returning to work after a period away, or looking for employment, WorkWell is here to support you.

After being referred, you'll be matched with a dedicated Journey Guide who will work with you to understand your individual circumstances and develop a personalised plan.

From one-to-one coaching and confidence building to workplace adjustments, training opportunities and connecting you with local services, we'll provide the support you need to overcome barriers and move forward with confidence.
