CDCs in Coventry and Warwickshire
Warwickshire North CDC
Warwickshire North CDC is adjacent to George Elliot Hospital in Nuneaton and was opened fully in April 2024. The CDC provides endoscopy, imaging and physiological science diagnostic testing. This includes, but is not limited to, tests such as CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, electrocardiographs, echocardiograms and lung function tests.
Coventry City Centre CDC Hub
Work is now underway to transform the NHS Paybody building, adjacent to the City of Coventry Health Centre, into a dedicated CDC giving access to a range of diagnostic services from early 2026. The design of the of the new CDC has been done in collaboration with the local community and Healthwatch Coventry.

Rugby CDC
The Rugby CDC features at the Hospital of St Cross in Rugby which opened to patients in Autumn 2023. The Rugby CDC also offers ultrasound and CT scans as well as some cardiac tests and image capture for skin lesions
Diagnostics - University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire
South Warwickshire CDC
The South Warwickshire CDC, to be based at Stratford Hospital, is currently in the design phase. Development is due to be completed in Summer 2025.
