Associate Director of Strategy – Improvement and Partnerships

Responsible for providing leadership and support to the Elective, Integrated Unscheduled Care, Winter Planning, and Place Programmes. Salmah provides leadership and support to the Place Delivery programme and support the Chair and Senior Responsible Officer for Place Planning on developing Place strategies and our approach to collaborative working.

This includes the Warwickshire North Clinical and Professional Partnership and Warwickshire Care Collaborative. Currently working with the Improvement Board on developing the GEH Improvement Framework and on all things #FabFriday

She is really proud of and privileged to have worked on the development of bid to business case for the Warwickshire North Community Diagnostics Centre, Place Clinical Strategy, developing the Health Inequalities investment approach on behalf of the Warwickshire Care Collaborative and then translating this to Warwickshire North.
