Executive Lead for Strategy, Service Improvement and Partnerships at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust, where she takes the lead of The Co-ordination Cell (CC), which was established to the process of improvement across all aspects of the trusts business and care. Jenni is also responsible for the Trust Communications function and is the executive lead for partnerships, particularly supporting the development of Warwickshire North Place. 

As the Senior Responsible Officer for WN Place, Jenni is responsible for Place Planning and Delivery, supporting the development of partner collaboration, with focus on integration opportunities, connecting individuals and communities, volunteering and making care more accessible for all. Jenni feels incredibly passionate about tackling health inequalities and socioeconomic deprivation with impacts on health as well as ensuring livid experience is embedded in our service planning and service developments.

Also the System SRO for Personalisation, working across the ICB footprint to ensure that personalisation is embedded as a way of delivering and planning care, and enabling patients to be active participants in their care.
