Integrated Care Partnership

Our Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) exists to align the ambitions, purpose and strategies of health and care partners across Coventry and Warwickshire to integrate care and improve the health and wellbeing of our population.

It is a forum to bring partners – local government, NHS and others – together across the Integrated Care System in order to agree collective objectives, enable place-based partnerships and opportunities for scale activity to address population health challenges.

The Integrated Care Partnership’s purpose is to facilitate joint action and support inclusive integration across places to improve health and care services, outcomes and experiences and to influence the wider determinants of health and broader social and economic development.

Through developing an integrated care strategy, the ICP has worked together with partners and local communities to outline the priorities for integration over the next five years. You can find out more about the strategy and the members of the ICP using the tabs to the left.
