Helping to make the money go further

We’re working across health and social care in Coventry and Warwickshire to free up more of our resources for front line services.

By working more efficiently, we can invest our money where it really makes a difference.

 

What do we want to do?

• Reduce the cost of back office functions across Coventry and Warwickshire by standardising functions and sharing best practice.
• Reduce duplication and variation in clinical support services.
• Help our front line clinical staff shape the most efficient ways of working.

 

What have we done so far?

We’re reviewing the following areas to see where we can work better together: estates, finance, governance, HR, information technology, payroll and procurement.

As part of this work, we are looking into standardisation of processes, for example, finance across our four NHS Trusts.
