We’re aiming to make best use of NHS and local authority-owned estate resources across the health and care system in Coventry and Warwickshire.
By using our collective estates, we can ensure our buildings are fit for purpose and used efficiently, while improving the condition and quality of our estate and reducing costs.
What do we want to do?
What have we done so far?
A stocktake of estates across the Coventry and Warwickshire Health and Care Partnership footprint has been carried out to compile a list of assets owned by all partner organisations, excluding local authorities, and assess the cost of maintaining them and the extent of their use.
A draft estates strategy for the partnership has been submitted to NHS Improvement.
