WEBINAR: HOW AN NHS TRUST IMPROVED PATIENT EXPERIENCE BY EXTENDING VOLUNTEERING INTO THE COMMUNITY

Colleagues across the Coventry and Warwickshire System are invited to a webinar that George Eliot Hospital is hosting with Helpforce in June about effective integration across place.
The webinar will look at how the trust and Helpforce worked together to develop and deliver the Back to Health Pathway that successfully integrates volunteering out of the hospital and into the community.
You’ll find out how the Back to Health Pathway tackles system challenges such as patient flow, overstretched staff, high Did not Attends (DNAs) rates and health inequalities.
The webinar is on Wednesday 26 June, from 11 - 12pm.
