BOWEL CANCER SCREENING: MYTH VS REALITY

To mark Bowel Cancer Awareness Month this April, the NHS in Coventry and Warwickshire is displaying some common myths about bowel cancer screening. 

The bowel cancer screening programme in Coventry and Warwickshire offers screening to all men and women aged between 54 to 74 who are registered locally with a GP, every two years. It aims to detect cancer at an early stage in people with no symptoms when treatment is likely to be more effective.
