Organisations across Coventry and Warwickshire are inviting people to join the conversation about death, dying and grief in ways that resonate with them during this year’s Dying Matters Awareness Week (5th-11th May).

Leamington's diverse socio-economic landscape, marked by deprivation in both the North and South, has led to significant health inequalities, particularly in terms of mental and physical health.

In response to the growing burden of non-communicable diseases and lifestyle-related health issues, Leamington North and South Primary Care Networks (PCNs) implemented a series of lifestyle clinics designed to support behaviour change in patients.

To address significant barriers to healthcare access, GP outreach clinics were established in Leamington Spa. These clinics aimed to support individuals experiencing homelessness and those struggling with complex social and health challenges.
