STAFF COVID-19 TESTING

You may have become aware that COVID-19 testing has begun at Ricoh Arena, Coventry.
This testing is for staff only and is strictly by appointment only.
The tests are ONLY for those staff who meet EITHER of the following strict criteria:
• Off work because they have developed symptoms of COVID-19 (a temperature or a new, persistent cough) WITHIN THE LAST THREE DAYS.
• Off work because a member of their household has developed symptoms WITHIN THE LAST THREE DAYS.
If you are a member of staff and either of those criteria apply to you, you should contact your line manager IMMEDIATELY and explain that you (or your household member) may be eligible for a test.
If you (or your household member) are required to undergo a test, you will be informed of exactly what you must do.
Staff should not attend any test site without an appointment.
