Co-ordinating Involvement

To work better together we have set up an Involvement Co-ordination Network. This Network is made up of representatives from across our Integrated Care System who work in involvement and engagement from NHS, local authority, Healthwatch and the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise Sector.

The Network is in place to drive forwards the actions of the ICS Involvement Strategy. In 2024 it will focus on developing the following areas:

• A shared calendar for involvement
• A shared Insight Library
• An understanding of what does “good” involvement look like in Coventry and Warwickshire
• New mechanisms for two way sharing of insight across the ICS
• Links with the VCFSE for involvement

You can see some of the areas already developed with the Activity Hub, including the calendar and insight library, and further updates will be published as work is completed.
