Integrated Care Strategy
Health and care organisations across Coventry and Warwickshire work together as an Integrated Care System (ICS) to improve the health, wellbeing and care of the people who live here. Our Integrated Care Strategy sets out our shared ambition for how partners across the system will work together to address local health and care challenges and improve outcomes for our population.
The strategy provides a five-year framework that brings together the priorities of organisations across the system. It outlines the key areas where partners will focus their efforts, including improving access to services, strengthening prevention and tackling health inequalities. Rather than replacing existing strategies, it connects and aligns them around a shared vision for improving population health and care.
The pages in this section explain the context for the strategy, the priorities that guide our work, the impact we aim to achieve, and how local people and communities helped shape the approach. Together, they describe how organisations across Coventry and Warwickshire will continue to work collaboratively to improve health and care for our population.
