Share your views - Bed-based services in Warwickshire North
**Please note that this engagement has now closed.**
People living in Warwickshire North are being invited to help shape the future of local rehabilitation services. These services support people to recover, regain independence, and return to everyday life after illness or injury.
Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System (ICS) is currently reviewing how bed-based rehabilitation is provided in the north of Warwickshire (Nuneaton, Bedworth and North Warwickshire). Engagement sessions are being held to understand if services meet people’s needs now and, in the future, and continue to support recovery closer to home wherever possible.
During these sessions, we’ll be talking specifically about community rehabilitation beds in Warwickshire North. Community rehabilitation beds support people who need additional recovery time after leaving hospital. They offer personalised care to help people regain independence, provided in settings such as community hospitals or care homes.
These beds are different from acute hospital beds because they focus on rehabilitation rather than urgent treatment.
To help everyone feel confident taking part in the discussion, we’ve created a short overview explaining what community rehabilitation beds are and how they support recovery. You can read this here before attending the session.
We’d love to hear from patients, carers, families, clinicians, and anyone with experience of using, working in, or supporting local rehabilitation services. Your feedback will help shape how services are designed in the future.
