Quality & Patient Safety Team

The role of our Quality and Patient Safety Team is to ensure that services are safe, effective and in line with the needs of the population of Coventry and Warwickshire.

The Team support and promote the organisational patient safety culture focussing on high quality care and standings, preventing avoidable harm by analysing and interpreting trends, themes, lessons learnt and sharing best practice.

Patient Safety and Incident Learning is a key part of the NHS Patient Safety Strategy. The ICB aim to work collaboratively across the system to deliver safety and sustainable quality improvements across Coventry and Warwickshire.
