The London Social Prescribing Evaluation Showcase
Wednesday 29th November – 12-2pm
Sharing the impact of social prescribing is critical for services to thrive, attract investment and demonstrate value for local communities.
Across London, there are fantastic approaches to this. People across the heath, care and voluntary sectors and in local authorities have come together in a monthly community of practice by TPHC to share, discuss and brainstorm the challenges around demonstrating impact and ways to tackle this.
Attend and you’ll find out about:
- Why demonstrating the impact of Social Prescribing is so important
- Not just for SP services but for the wider agenda of ICBs, and both statutory and non-statutory bodies, in reducing inequality and improving the health and wellbeing of local communities
- The fantastic approaches in London – including a deep dive into how they got there and what it has led to-
- North East London wide approach – developing a template for social prescribing data and dashboard
- Barnet borough wide approach to reporting and sharing impact, as well as supporting local VCSE partners
- The national and regional work to support local services to demonstrate impact
- The national minimum data set by NHSE – what it is, how it can help, support to implement

- Supporting use of the evidence for social prescribing – current and future by National Academy of Social Prescribing
