Support Services at EOL

Palliative and End of Life Care (PEoLC) involves a range of health and social care professionals and organisations which will include doctors, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, faith leaders, support workers, carers and volunteers as well as others. 

Below are links to a number of support services which can support individuals diagnosed with a life limiting condition or those important to them.
