All equipment can be ordered by District Nursing / Therapy teams and can be delivered quickly by Millbrook Healthcare. A referral would need to be made via ISPA by calling 01926 600 818.

Coventry 

All equipment can be ordered by Community Nursing teams via the Central Booking Service 0300 200 0011 (8am - 8pm, seven days a week).
