Enhanced Health in Care Homes (EHCH)
Enhanced health in care homes is a national framework for supporting care homes to keep their residents healthy and to manage any deterioration in their health.
In Coventry and Warwickshire our vision is:
Working collaboratively across services and with the individual and their families to enable choice in their health and care, while delivering safe, protective support that is dignified and respectful and enables the individual to live their best life.
