Tracy Pilcher

Chief Nursing Officer

Tracy Pilcher joins the ICB as our Chief Nursing Officer from Lincolnshire Community Health Services, where she has been the Director of Nursing, AHPs and Operations/Deputy Chief Executive for the past three years. Tracy has over 37 years’ experience in nursing, and has worked at a senior level in provider, commissioning and academic organisations. She is the lead for Children and young people (aged 0-25), Children and young people with SEND (aged 0-25), and Safeguarding (all age) including looked after children.

Having completed her nurse training in 1988, she went into the field of critical care nursing, working at a regional intensive care unit for over 15 years. Whilst working in critical care Tracy also became involved in the British Association of Critical Care Nursing (BACCN) she held a number of national board positions including Chair of the association for 4 years. In 2013, Tracy moved into commissioning working as a Chief Nurse for a number of years, before moving to the Director of Nursing Allied Health Professions and Operations/Deputy Chief Executive post at Lincolnshire Community Health Services in 2019.

Tracy is delighted to be joining Coventry and Warwickshire ICB, as she passionate about driving improvements in care, and believes that integrated partnership working is the key to tackling health inequalities and improving outcomes.
