Rachael began her career as a radiographer and having transferred into operational management she subsequently gained over 20 years’ experience working at an Executive level in both commissioning and provider organisations for both the NHS and private healthcare. More latterly she has undertaken a director role in NHSE and also worked in other industries before joining Coventry and Warwickshire STP system in 2019 as Chief Transformation Officer.
