Kevin Davis

Kevin Davis DL is a serial social entrepreneur in the fields of social finance, education, employment, and community empowerment. For over 25 years he has been the Group CEO of the Vine Trust, a development trust with more than 10,000 students in the schools and growing Mercian Multi Academy Trust he co-founded.
Kevin also holds a number of non-executive/trustee roles which reflect his social interests including The Oversight Trust, Black Country Housing Group and private training provider Performance Through People.
His experience working across the public and private sectors and civil society in several organisations including The Ladder apprenticeship Foundation facilitating the creation of over 10,000 apprenticeships, and as a director of the Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership, delivering their ‘Economy of Together’ policy agreement.
Kevin was recently appointed as a Deputy Lieutenant of the West Midlands.
