David Wightman
Joint Non-Executive Member (Remuneration)
David has had an extensive career encompassing roles in operational and in HR management, in central government, and in blue chip private sector companies, and as a management consultant.
For the last 20 years David has held senior international HR Director roles at Heineken NV, and Johnson Matthey plc. David holds non-executive director positions external to the NHS, and mentors senior leaders across different sectors.
