Crishni Waring
Chair
Crishni has significant experience of leadership at senior level. In addition to chairing NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB since its establishment, she has many years of experience as a Chair of Community and Mental Health Trusts in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.
She also has local knowledge of Coventry and Warwickshire, having lived and worked in the area over many years including as a Non-Executive Director at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust.
With a focus on improving our workforce, Crishni chairs the NHS Midlands Regional People Board, which oversees the implementation of the People Plan in the Midlands Region and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
