Becky Hale
Partner Member - Warwickshire County Council (Executive Director for Social Care and Health)
Becky has 25 years' experience working in social care and health starting her career in children’s social services before moving into adult services and then various shared roles with local NHS partners.
Becky started her most recent role of Executive Director for Social Care and Health with Warwickshire County Council in January 2024 and has responsibility for Public Health, Adult Social Care and Health and Care Commissioning.
Becky is actively engaged with the Association of Directors of Adult Services (ADASS) regionally leading the network focused on supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
