Aman Gill-Knobbs

Aman is a Director of Operations at Aston University. Aman started her career as a finance professional, working in various senior finance roles as a qualified accountant.
Aman has worked in the higher education sector for 25 years and is passionate about Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, having achieved the Bronze Award for the Race Equality Charter and supported the achievement of the Athena Swan Gold Award at Aston University.
Alongside her non-executive role in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, Aman is also an non-executive director for a Midlands-based housing association and a governor at a local academy trust.
