ICB Board Meetings
Board meetings are business meetings which, for transparency, we hold in public. They are not ‘public meetings’ for consulting with the public – we do this in a variety of different ways - see Your Voice - Happy Healthy Lives.
Members of the public and staff are welcome to attend the meetings to find out more about the NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board progress and plans for the future.
Meetings are held online using Microsoft Teams. Members of the public are able to watch meetings live on the ICS YouTube channel.
You can view and download papers for the upcoming ICB Board meetings approximately one week before the meeting. The Board's Term of Reference can be found in Section 8 of Our Governance Handbook.
Questions for the ICB Board meetings
Please note, our Board meetings are meetings held in public, rather than public meetings.
We welcome questions about items on the agenda from members of the public. For questions to be considered, they must have been submitted by midday the day before the meeting. Questions submitted after this deadline, or about matters not linked to the agenda, will not be considered during the meeting, rather a written response will be provided. Please send your question(s) by submitting this form.
Please note we can only answer questions at the end of the meeting if time allows.
Please do not send personal, confidential or sensitive information to the ICB, either by telephone, fax, email or letter. This includes information such as name, date of birth, NHS number, home address or details about health conditions.
